RETURN POLICY 

*Once an order has been placed you cannot make any edits or changes to the order

According to Federal law, you cannot return any human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and or package and trying it on. Because such laws have been put into place, we adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns, and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.

 

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for an exchange only. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed, or worn in any way will NOT qualify to be exchanged.

 

Hair MUST be in the original state- the same as it was sent to you.

 We will accept returns for items purchased at the BlueLeo Mane online store. However, an attempt for an exchange must be made within 3 calendar days from the customers receiving date with the provided documentation and received back at the warehouse within 13 days of the customers receiving date. Orders returned after 13 days will be sent back to the customer. Again, this ONLY applies for hair that has been Unworn, Undamaged, Unwashed, Has NO scents or odors, No cuts, rips, tears, or any other signs of being worn, used, or opened...

For an exchange please send all proof of purchase(including your name and order #) the reason for an exchange, and photos of the items you're wanting to be exchanged to the following email address...

*ONLY bundles that have been Unworn, Undamaged, Unwashed, has NO scents or odors, NO cuts, rips or tears, or any other signs of being worn, used or opened are returnable/exchangeable 

* Requests MUST be made WITHIN 3 calendar days from the date customer received

*Returns MUST be received WITHIN 13 calendar days from the date customer received

*Currently, we ONLY ship within the U.S. and Canada 

*Customers will be RESPONSIBLE for all shipping charges

*Refunds are NOT an option; Exchanges ONLY

 

Any exchange request made after 3 calendar days will not be honored. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (made into a wig, brushed, combed, picked, cut, or processed) in any way. Products must be exchanged for something of lesser/or equal value.

 

The product(s) must be sent back to us in order to process the exchange.

In order to process an exchange, the unwanted product would need to be sent back at your expense. We suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages. Therefore is 100% out of our company's control. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned uncompromised or rather, in its original condition we will reach out to receive your request of the desired item at lesser and/or equal value you'd like to exchange for  

IF FOR SOME REASON YOU ENTER THE INCORRECT MAILING ADDRESS, YOU WILL NEED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $23 TO COVER PROCESSING EXPENSES BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED OUT.

 ANY ORDER RETURNED DUE TO THE CUSTOMER ADDING THE INCORRECT ADDRESS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR MAILED BACK OUT WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER PAYING THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS.

Again, we do not take any responsibility if USPS, FEDEX or any other courier of your choice loses, delays, or damages your package when returning your item(s). As it is 100% out of our company’s control.

 

BLUELEO MANE PRIDES ITSELF ON QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEREFORE WE TAKE RETURNS AND CHARGEBACKS VERY SERIOUSLY. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD OUR COMPANY, EXPECT CRIMINAL CHARGES AND A CIVIL SUIT TO FOLLOW. 

THAT BEING SAID, IF YOU DECIDE TO DISPUTE AN ORDER YOU’VE PLACE WITH US THROUGH YOUR BANK AND COMMIT BANK FRAUD AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED OR SHIPPED, WE WILL PRESS CHARGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. THIS IS BANK FRAUD AND WE WILL NOT TOLERATE SCAMMERS. WE WILL TAKE ACTION TO ENSURE ALL SCAMMERS PAY FOR THEIR CRIMES.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently offer two shipping options: 

Express 2 – 3 Business Day shipping & Standard 3 – 5  Business Day shipping 

 Processing times typically takes 2-3 days(this does not include weekends or holidays)

 Express Shipping Orders are 2-3 Business Days but please allow us 3-4(max) business days to receive any order due to custom items, and/or FACTORY/SHIPPING DELAYS. However, it can arrive in as little as 2 days after being processed depending on the state it is being delivered to. Delivery times are based on the distance from our warehouse here in Charlotte, NC.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as updated tracking emails until your order has been delivered.
